For Practitioners
Build the confidence, methodology, facilitation skill, and professional credibility to move from one-to-one coaching into transformational group training and one-to-many coaching experiences.
Turn your financial coaching experience into the facilitation skill, room presence, and professional confidence to lead Financial Coaching for Prosperity™ training inside your organization and in the communities you serve.
We do not certify people to simply teach financial coaching information. We certify people to facilitate transformation.
3-day in-person certification · Led by Devin Stubblefield, CFEI, CFC · Breakfast and lunch included
A partial list of agencies where Devin has been trusted to lead training

Most financial coaches understand the concepts, frameworks, and numbers. But content knowledge alone does not create a transformational learning experience.
People change when they experience insight, reflection, coaching, practice, and action. That takes more than a polished slide deck. It takes a trainer who can read the room, ask the right question, manage the moment, and turn information into movement.

Coaches are already using AI to build outlines, organize content, draft slides, generate activities, and prepare for sessions. But faster preparation does not automatically create better facilitation.
That is where the human trainer still matters.
AI can strengthen your preparation and expand what is possible. But the trainer still has to create trust, read the room, guide reflection, and move people toward action.
You already have financial coaching experience. This certification helps you become the trainer who can carry that work into groups, staff development, workshops, and agency learning environments.
Build the confidence, methodology, facilitation skill, and professional credibility to move from one-to-one coaching into transformational group training and one-to-many coaching experiences.
Develop internal training capacity, strengthen staff consistency, create shared coaching language, and reduce repeated dependence on outside training whenever new staff need to be equipped.
Prerequisite: Prior completion of Financial Coaching for Prosperity™, or another recognized financial coaching training that Devin reviews for alignment.
This is not a generic presentation-skills workshop. You will deepen your command of the coaching methodology while learning the facilitation framework that makes the methodology come alive in a room.
Master the content and coaching methodology deeply enough to teach it with fidelity, confidence, and authority.
Build the room presence, facilitation authority, and audience engagement skill that turns solid content into a transformational experience.
Three immersive days. Three distinct phases. One clear outcome: a trainer who can facilitate transformation, not simply deliver content.

Rehearse real coaching conversations with six AI client personas — from crisis to couples — and get instant feedback on five ICF-aligned competencies. Because your first real session should not be your first rep.
Organize preparation, delivery, implementation, and follow-through in one place so the training does not disappear when the room clears.

Practicing the tools in small groups was extremely helpful. The trainers created a safe environment where we could rehearse our skills, strengthen our questions, and practice the financial coaching conversation.

National Financial Coaching Trainer & Facilitator
For more than a decade, Devin has trained financial coaches, housing counselors, educators, nonprofit professionals, and agency leaders across the country — trusted by national institutions, local agencies, and community-based organizations.
I did not set out to build a trainer certification. I set out to solve a problem I kept watching happen in room after room, city after city. The practitioners knew the content. What they could not always do was hold the room, sit in the silence after a hard question, read what a group needed, and turn information into an experience that changed how people thought about money.
Good content does not create transformation by itself. Good facilitation does. This certification was built to close that gap by developing trainers who can lead a room, not simply fill it with information.
